Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and email newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox account you would like to forward messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
